Developed HTML emails for QuickBooks Online and Payroll’s First Time Use (FTU) onboarding sequence. The campaign featured branded hero graphics, concise instructional copy, and step-by-step calls-to-action to guide new users through essential setup tasks. Each email was designed for clarity and accessibility, ensuring a smooth start for French-speaking customers by covering topics like account configuration, payroll activation, and feature adoption.
Project results
