About the project
Designed and developed the third touchpoint email for Petco’s Vital Care Companion Animals launch, targeting customers who had not yet enrolled pets in the program. The creative promoted new coverage for birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals, while reinforcing benefits for dogs and cats. Messaging emphasized savings on nutrition, supplies, and services, with additional incentives such as $2/month multi-pet discounts and 20% off additional pet purchases. The design featured carousel frames showcasing specific pet types with first-year value breakdowns, creating a personalized, value-focused experience.
Project results
Helped drive awareness and enrollment in Vital Care for non-traditional pet types, expanding the program’s reach beyond cats and dogs. By combining targeted messaging, clear benefit communication, and engaging visuals, the campaign strengthened Petco’s positioning as a whole-pet wellness provider. The email supported customer engagement through compelling offers and reinforced long-term program value.
