About the project
Designed and developed a multi-touch email series for Petco’s Vital Care Premier program, targeting dog, cat, small pet, fish, reptile, and bird owners. The campaign aimed to drive upgrades and new enrollments by highlighting key benefits such as $20 rewards for routine vet exams, unlimited Vetco visits, grooming and nutrition discounts, and multi-pet savings. Each touchpoint used personalized pet data, value-driven messaging, and promotional callouts to reinforce the membership’s year-round savings and convenience.
Project results
The series successfully educated pet parents on the breadth of Vital Care Premier benefits, encouraging plan upgrades and multi-pet enrollments. Personalized content and clear savings breakdowns increased engagement, while the segmented approach ensured relevance across diverse pet owner groups. The campaign strengthened Petco’s position as a comprehensive pet wellness provider and supported revenue growth through expanded membership adoption.
