This case study video was created for BMO to showcase the strategy and success behind the Perfect Match Campaign—a CRM-driven initiative designed to recapture over $1 billion in annual credit card spend lost to competitors.
The video outlines how we reimagined credit card engagement by asking customers a simple, relatable question: “Is your credit card a perfect match for you?” Through personalized email outreach and a frictionless digital experience, customers were empowered to tell us exactly what they wanted in a credit card. Using CRM data, BMO then matched them with the card that best fit their needs—turning a complex banking product into a personalized, customer-first solution.
Crafted with After Effects, Photoshop, and a strong narrative flow, the video explained the campaign in a clear and compelling way for internal and stakeholder presentations.
Project results
The Perfect Match Campaign exceeded expectations:
- 21% click-through rate from the initial email campaign
