About the project
This personalized CRM video was developed for Bell to enhance the customer onboarding experience for new Bell Fibe Internet installations. Built using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and the personalized video platform Idomoo, the video dynamically incorporated customer-specific data such as order numbers, installation dates, and technician arrival times.
The video also tailored its messaging based on each customer’s subscribed services—including internet speed, Bell Satellite TV, Fibe TV app access, and how to manage their account via MyBell. The goal was to deliver a seamless, informative, and personalized welcome that set clear expectations and built trust from the first point of contact.
Project results
The personalized video improved customer engagement and reduced service-related confusion by proactively answering common onboarding questions. By delivering relevant details in a visually engaging format, the video helped streamline the installation process and enhanced customer satisfaction. This project demonstrated the power of CRM-driven video to deliver 1:1 communication at scale—merging data, design, and motion graphics to elevate the customer experience.
